I just want to add a couple things!I find that some people find that standing with their feet parallel is more comfortable for them (not often, but it happens).  Standing with your feet parallel changes the &quot;front/back&quot; motion to more of a SIDE/SIDE motion.  So those of you who can&#039;t get the front/back, TRY the side/side!Also-  it&#039;s important  to keep your tailbone tucked in!  If your butt sticks out, the hoop will fall!  That&#039;s USUALLY why beginners drop drop drop drop.... So check your posture &amp; keep those tails tucked in!
But most of all HAVE FUN and obviously, wearing HoopPretty gear makes hooping even awesom-er. </description>
