I’d like my shirts and stickers to be shipped together. Is that possible?
Our Etsy shop and Apparel Shop are separate entities and therefore have separate shopping carts. Each printed apparel piece is created one-off, by hand, by our fulfillment house, Spreadshirt, and delivered straight to you. Everything in our “Etsy Shop” is sent from HoopPretty Headquarters in Milwaukee, WI. Stating that, it is not possible to send both stickers and apparel in one shipment, sorry.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Paypal.
Can I cancel my shirt order?
A new order can be cancelled or changed without any problem only if the production process has not yet begun. To find out whether your order has been processed, log into Spreadshirt where it is possible to view the status of your order. The link to your order status page can be found in your order confirmation email. If your order is labeled “wait” or as “new”, you will be able to cancel your order. If you would like to change your order, please contact Spreadshirt customer service by phone before your order begins production. Once production starts, you can no longer make any changes.

What’s the print quality like on your shirts?
We like to concentrate on creating cute designs for you, so we leave the printing to the print masters. This allows us to keep prices low, offer a variety of designs and still keep the quality of our shirts high. Win for all! The shirts are printed in two different ways, depending on the look the design demands.
- “Plot printing” is the most sturdy of all printing methods. The “ink” is basically cut out of a sheet of vinyl ~ it’s flexible, but more stiff, which makes it the longest-wearing. It’s then heat-applied to the garment.
- “Digital direct” is a process we use when we’re looking for a more vintage or worn look ~ ink is sprayed directly on the garment and the print can therefore be very detailed. This is a softer print and more akin to traditional screen-printing.
Each and every shirt is printed on-demand, when ordered, and are actually handmade by good people in California or Pennsylvania, depending on where you are ordering from. We wear our own shirts from this service and are very happy with the quality. Don’t worry though ~ the return policy on these shirts is very fair, should you not be happy with your shirt. And, of course, if you have any issues that are unresolved via contacting our supplier we will help resolve them on your behalf.
When will my t-shirt be delivered?
Your order will be started during the next business day after payment is received and may take up to two business days to ship. The shipping times below represent how long the order will take to be delivered once it leaves Spreadshirt.
3 Day Select and Next Day Air Saver cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. If you enter a P.O. Box or an APO address for these shipping options, we will ship your order via our Standard shipping option.
